The dress is made of lovely blue stretch velvet with pink and yellow rose design. |
Extra large rose on cape! |
Pink and yellow layered teacup skirt. (I think that's the name of this type of skirt...anyway, very layered and flowy...maybe it's an iceskater skirt. Oh well. whatever it's called, it moves nicely. |
Lots of those super big pear shaped swarovskis. |
The Blue Velvet dress was made by Emerald Key in the Fall of 2010. It has been worn in competition 2x and once for a show, for a total of 3x. It is in great condition and would be great for a family that wants their dancer to look awesome, but is on a budget (like us!)
It fits a dancer with the following measurements, but the bodice is stretch velvet, so there is some leeway.
Bust-30
Waist-27(natural)
Total length of dress-28 1/2
Sleeve-21
Bodice length (neck to skirt)-21
Skirt length-7 1/2
price: $650.00
Our Next Dress is a combination of the unusual and the classic.
Three pieces! Jacket, dress and tutu! Great for older, elegant dancer, or one who doesn't like fussiness. |
There are tons of stones on the skirt. Tons. And yes, that is Celtic Knotwork peeking our from the bodice. |
The jacket by itself. Yes, those are sequinned sleeves if you were wondering. |
The cape is small and elegant. |
Yes. Last but not least...the tutu. |
This dress was made my Emerald Key in the Fall of 2009 and worn 4x. I've held on to it because always thought I might do something with it (as in morphing it into a pure white dress....but alas, no skills.)
Measurements:
Bust-33-34
Waist-27
Sleeves- 25
length of bodice Jacket, (shoulder to hem)-24
Total length of dress- 34/14
Great for a dancer 5'7-5'10, depending on curves and how long you like your skirt. This dress is elegant and different, and also has a lot of potential for someone who might want to recycle a dress into something new.
Price:$400.00
